To perform this exercise you will need either a chair or a gym bench behind you. Put one leg back to the chair, lean slightly forward its stretch the other leg so that it is lower than your body. Frog squats. With these squats there are nearly the same as regular squats except when you perform these your knees should be a part with the legs forming a V shape. Bridges: Lay flat on your back with legs bent at a 45 degree angle; lift your butt as high as you can while squeezing your buttocks. Lower your butt slowly and repeat.
The hardest thing is just to get started. Commence slowly and do these exercises a couple of times a week, don't forget to eat well and rest between work outs to permit your muscles to recover. In a few weeks time you will notice that your butt is getting rounder, firmer and sexier.
